By subscribing, purchasing, or accessing any of our digital services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on VCard Empire or LifePackDigital.com are final and non-refundable.

Due to the instant digital nature of our products and services, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase or subscription has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Annual or lifetime subscriptions.
  • Digital packs, templates, or business bundles.
  • Membership plans and premium features.
  • Affiliate or partner program access.

Once payment is confirmed, the user gains immediate access to premium digital content, integrations, or lifetime benefits, and therefore, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.


3. Subscriptions and Renewals

All subscriptions (annual or lifetime) are clearly displayed before checkout.

By completing your payment, you agree to the terms of the chosen plan and understand that no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including:

  • Accidental purchases.
  • Change of preference or business direction.
  • Failure to use the service after purchase.
  • Account deletion or inactivity.

For annual plans, users are responsible for managing renewals before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing and no refund will be issued.


4. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — once deleted, you will lose access to your data, digital cards, and subscription features.

Please note:

Account deletion does not qualify for a refund.
Once a payment has been processed, no refund or credit will be issued even if you choose to discontinue your subscription.

5. Service Termination by VCard Empire or LifePackDigital

VCard Empire and LifePackDigital reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.

Such termination does not entitle the user to a refund or compensation.

6. User Responsibility

Before completing any purchase or subscription, users are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the plan details, pricing, and renewal terms.
  • Ensuring compatibility with their business needs.
  • Understanding that payments are non-refundable and final.
